We are giving cash on delivery and jazz cash services for customers in Pakistan.

Exchange and Return policy

There is some condition when the products will be exchanged and returned to us. If the products are faulty, defective or damaged at the time of delivery. Then, this policy is applicable. But you should exchange or return the products within the 7 days of delivery. If you wish to return the order, you will be required to inform Art and krafts Customer services by calling 03111333277 and have another option by sending an email to (info@artnkrafts.com).

There are some cases when Art and krafts will not accept any return and exchange from customers such type of cases include:

1. Sale items

2. Product is used

3. Not exchanged and returned within 7 days

Refund policy

Art and kraft don't offer any type of refund on the purchased items. But there are some conditions when we offer money back guarantee. If products are faulty and damaged then we return your payment. In this case of refund, your payment will be credited in your bank account within the day of receiving the products. For cash refund our customer services requires following customer details:

1.For refund /cash we required the following information:

1. Bank account
2. Account title
3. Branch code
4. CNIC number
5. Order number
6. Items for refund

2. If you ordered through easy paisa or using debit or credit card then refund will be credited into the same account. It takes minimum 20 working days.

3. Shipping cost and Taxes are not refundable

Order cancellation

You cannot cancel the order after the order is being processed. Before dispatching our team call you for confirmation of order. After that your order is ready to dispatch. After dispatch you are not able to cancel the order.

Shipment

There are 160 rupees shipping charges which are applicable on all orders in Pakistan. After your order placement you will receive the order in 3 to 4 working days.
