ArtnKrafts top priority is customer satisfaction and their feedback regarding our product and services. ArtnKrafts QA (Quality Assurance) and QC (Quality Control) team always inspect booked item before dispatch and assure product quality. However, if you are not satisfied with the item you received, you can easily exchange or demand refund against your product return.
(NOTE: Product Size and color difference claims is not included because blue pottery sizes and colors may vary with what is displayed on screen)

Terms and Policy
ArtnKrafts team will not be responsible if you put incorrect information on your order form. We cannot warranty about color and size of a product that is displayed on screen. It may vary on your mobile or computer screen. We cannot guarantee that the color you see on your screen and what we shipped is the true color of the product. It may see little differently due to other screen color effects. Mentioned specification about colors, sizes of products are approximate and are for illustration purpose only. Slight difference often happens in received products. We cannot give returns on such items.
Regarding Product delivery charges I would like to inform you that if you are not satisfied and wanted to return item then shipping charges will be deducted from the refund you received against product return.
Return and exchange warranty valid for 7 days only within that timeframe if you are not send the item for exchange or refund then we can’t offer refund or exchange.
Terms and Conditions Applied for Accepting Returns
- Return criteria, the item you wish to return must not be used and return in the same condition as you received. It must be in original packing with original labels.
- Customer must on product purchase receipt and send copy of it for return.
- Prior notice on website regarding product return is necessary without informed product will not be returned.
- Item received in used condition, damaged or cracked shall not be accepted for return.
- Return timeframe is within 7 days after delivery will be accepted.
If you wish to return the order, you will be required to inform AK’ customer services by calling (+923-111-333-277) and have another option by sending an email to (email@example.com).
Refund processed just after receiving product at our address. For cash refund our customer services requires following customer details.
- For Refund / Cash we required the following information:
- Bank account no.
- Account title
- Branch code
- CNIC no.
- Order no.
- Items for refund
- If you ordered through Easy paisa or using debit or credit card, then refund will be credited into the same account. It takes minimum 20 working days.
- Shipping cost and taxes are not refundable.
- Items purchased on sale or promotion are not exchanged or refund. Return and exchange possible in case of receiving damaged items.
In case of facing delays in refund , first check your bank account again. Contact the credit card company and bank for refund money. The refund take 20 working days at least before its officially posted.

No Policy for Sales items refunds. Products purchased on sales and promotions are not refundable unless received damaged items.
